2021년 8월 학위수여식은 신종 코로나 바이러스 확산 방지를 위해 학위수여식 영상을 8월 27일(금) 11시에 연세 홈페이지 및 공식 유튜브 채널에 게시하게 되었음을 알려드리오니 졸업생 여러분의 양해 바랍니다.

아울러, 코로나19로 인한 집단감염 확산 방지를 위해 집합 인원을 최소화하고자 학위기 배부 및 석사학위가운 대여를 위한 방문을 사전 예약제로 진행하고자 하오니 이점 양해하시기 바라며, 방문하고자 하는 분들은 홈페이지에서 방문 예약을 사전에 신청하시기 바랍니다.

가. 학위수여예정자 조회 (학위수여예정자 조회 매뉴얼 참조)

일반대학원 홈페이지 접속 > 2021년 8월 학위수여대상자 조회

조회 가능 기간 : 8.12(목) ~ 8.17(화)

나. 석사학위가운 대여 및 학위기 수령 방문 예약(학위수여예정자 조회 매뉴얼 참조)

예약 방법 : 일반대학원 홈페이지 접속> 2021년 8월 학위수여대상자 조회 클릭-> 방문 일시 예약 신청(석사학위가운 대여 및 석/박사 학위기 수령을 위한 방문일과 시간 사전 예약)

방문 일자: 8/18(수), 8/19(목), 8/20(금), 8/23(월), 8/24(화), 8/25(수), 8/26(목) , 8/27(금)

방문 시간: 오전(09:30 ~ 13:00), 오후(13:00 ~ 16:30)

다. 석사학위가운 대여 및 반납 (8일간, 주중만 가능, 주말대여/반납 불가)

대여 : 백양관 강당 S220호(백양관 2층 – 중앙도서관 우측에 위치)

- 8/18(수), 8/19(목), 8/20(금), 8/23(월), 8/24(화), 8/25(수), 8/26(목) : 09:30 ~ 16:30

- 8/27(금) : 09:30 ~ 14:00

반납 : 석사학위가운은 가운 대여기간 내에 백양관 강당 S220호로 반납

(즉, 대여 당일 반납 안 해도 됨. 단, 8/27(금) 16:30까지는 반납 필수)

라. 박사 학위가운 대여는 별도 대여 없음(개별 준비)

마. 석/박사 학위기 배부

가. 수령기간 : 8/18(수) 09:30 ~ 8/27 16:30, 백양관 대강당 S220호

나. 수령방법 : 신분증 지참 후 학위기 배부장소에서 학위기 수령

다. 비고 : 8/27(금)까지 학위기 미수령 시 캠퍼스별 학위기 수령 장소에서 학위기 배부

1) 신촌캠퍼스 졸업생 : 본교 대학원(스팀슨관 2층)

2) 미래캠퍼스 졸업생 : 미래캠퍼스

* 단, 주중 근무 시간 내(월 ~ 금, 9시 ~ 5시 20분)에 신분증 지참하고 방문요망

Notice of the Graduation Ceremony (2021.8.)

We would like to inform you that the upcoming graduation ceremony will be replaced with an online video due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The video will be available on the Yonsei University official website, and the official YouTube channel at 11am on 27nd of August 2021.

Furthermore, every student planning to rent ceremony gowns and (or) collect degree certificates must book a time slot in advance. You can find detailed information in the provided manual. Please understand that this is an inevitable measure to minimize the risk of Coronavirus by distributing the number of people.

2. Guidelines for the Gown Rental and Degree Distribution

 Select available date and time of am/pm (am : 9.30 ~ 13.00 pm: 13.00 ~ 16.30)

- 18th Aug, 2021 (Wednesday) ~ 26th Aug, 2021 (Thursday) : 9.30 ~ 16.30 (except weekend)

- 27th Aug, 2021 (Friday) : 9.30 ~ 14.00

 Location : Baekyang Hall S220 (2nd floor, located on the right side of the Main Library)

 Doctoral students must prepare ceremony gowns individually.

※ If you are unable to visit within the specified period, you can receive the degree certificate at the Graduate School administration office, Stimson Hall from 27th Aug, 2021. Please be sure to bring the student ID card. (Office Hour: Mon – Fri, 9.00 ~ 17.20)
